1. Register Online

2. Submit Remaining Balance
To ensure that your child's space is guaranteed, please remit the remaining balance by Friday, June 30, 2023.
3. Submit Immunizations
Immunizations must be received by the first day of attendance in order to participate in any activities.
What To Bring
Campers need to dress for indoor and outdoor play with closed toe shoes. Also, please pack a lunch, hat, spray sunscreen, mask, and water bottle each day. Morning and afternoon snack will be provided.
Wishing Tree is not a a nut-free facility.

Pokemon: You're Great - No Matter What!
Just like the series kids will bond, train, and battle with Pokémon! Students who graduate receive a special memento and learn that they’re great no matter what!
Wizarding World: Persistence Pays Off
We’ll pop into Diagon Alley, make wands, concoct potions, and catch that Golden Snitch with a healthy dose of quidditch all with the persistence of a budding wizard.
Business Academy: Find What You Love
Calling all budding entrepreneurs! We'll bond with friends through games and activities that teach us all about starting a mini-business. Who knows? Maybe you’ll be introduced to a passion you never knew existed!

Refunds
Any camper who has voluntarily withdrawn from the Summer Camp Program on or before Friday, June 15, 2023 in writing, will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable registration deposit. There are no refunds for absences.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to dismiss, without refund, any child who does not comply with the expectations of Wishing Tree's Camp Program. There is no prorating of fees.
Immunization Records
To protect the safety and health of our participants, and in accordance with Virginia law, we require that all children attending camps at Wishing Tree present proof of immunizations prior to June 30, 2021. Please check with your child's school nurse or healthcare provider for a copy of the child's 2020-2021 immunization record. For your convenience, you may scan and email the records to hello@wishingtreekids.com.
